What type of allergens can your air purifiers remove from the air?

he PCO (photocatalytic oxidation) process creates a plasma that grabs fungi, mold, viruses, bacteria and more and disassembles them at their molecular level.

My Triad Aer also clears the air of virtually 99.9% of Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) – the harmful gases emitted by products like aerosol sprays, cleaning supplies, disinfectants, hobby supplies, dry-cleaned clothing, building materials, paints and paint thinner, strippers, pesticides and even air fresheners.

Through our Ion clusters, (Negative& Positive Ions), Ionic antenna and negative ion generation we can attach to nanoparticles as small as .001 micron and cause them to become heavy enough that they fall from your air. This way they are out of your breathing space and can be vacuumed or sweep up.

Does the Triad Air Air Purifier emit ozone?

Yes! As in nature, ozone plays a very important part in balancing our air quality. If there were no ozone in the air, we would die.

The key is not in removing ozone completely, but in allowing it to be fine-tuned to the environment we occupy in order to breath balanced, fresh air. Your machine can be fine tuned to balance your air to the same ratio as a fresh clean forest environment.

How is My Triad Aer different from other air purifiers?

My Triad Aer is based on advanced NASA technology and does not require expensive filters, or “chambers” which need to be replaced. My Triad Aer does not need to draw in the pathogens, viruses, VOCs, pet dander or any other harmful elements, it can reach – and disinfect – any area of your business or home within the open 3,000 square foot reach that it was designated and developed for. 

The plasma that is developed from the PCO technology has a gaseous  nature. This permeates every corner of your home or business even hard to reach places. The oxidation reaction that is created destroys harmful pathogens on contact.

What size area of my business or home does My Triad Aer handle?

My Triad Aer units have the ability to be scaled from 250 sq ft up to 3000 sq ft. If you have a large home with multiple levels and multiple air handlers you may need more than one machine.

The MiniAer, a portable version of the Triad Aer unit, can cover 50 sq ft up to about 200 sq ft depending up to about 200 sq ft. depending on the strength of odors and smells. Perfect for single rooms, offices, walk-in closet that smell ‘funky’, or even RVs.

What kind of maintenance is required?

The only maintenance required is the occasional cleaning of the Electrostatic screen (which fits versions V2 and V3). Check it the first 30 days and then every 90 days.

This will depend Unlike expensive HEPA filters, the electrostatic filter is washable and can be used over and over again. You can review the manual and the maintenance video for complete maintenance.

We currently offer shipping to all 50 U.S. States and Puerto Rico(Note: additional s/h will apply to Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping to Canada, Virgin Islands and Guam is unavailable at this time.

What does the sani+booster button do?

There might be times that you have an overwhelming smell or problem. The Sani+Booster allows you to increase ozone for 2, 4 , 6 or 8 hours. Ozone is a powerful oxidizing agent.

Will the My Triad Aer unit remove human or dog hair?

My Triad Aer does not remove any type of hair from the environment, but it does remove the pet dander, which is the main cause of allergies to pets.

How much noise does the My Triad Aer machine emit?

There are 5 speed settings so it’s easy to find a comfortable, quiet fan setting.

What’s the recommended placement of the My Triad Aer machine for optimum results?

We recommend placing My Triad Aer up high in the largest room in your home or business for optimal results. In other words, place it where it is exposed to the highest volume of air circulation.

This can be in the kitchen, where most home odors and cooking smells are created (cabbage, onions, bacon, etc.) or in a large common area – kitchen / living room.

Where can I find the serial number on the Triad Aer V3 to register it?

The serial number can be found on the side panel of the shipping carton, and on the back of your unit next to the power cord.

Do you offer discounts for multiple units?
