Refund and Returns Policy
NON-Warranty Return Request:
Before filling out and submitting the return request form, please note that some returns will incur a restocking fee if they are not covered under warranty (for repair or replacement due to defects).
The restocking fee is intended to cover losses incurred when a perfectly good unit is opened, used, and then returned. That unit can never be resold at full value. And if you were the recipient of a discount, the loss is even greater. Currently, trying to sell a used unit will usually result in about 50% loss of total retail value.
Warranty Return Request:
The unit must be damaged or proven unable to function as promised in order to qualify for the removal of the restocking fee. ($15 for the smaller unit and $25 or more for the larger unit)
