Refund and Returns Policy
NON-Warranty Return Request:
Before filling out and submitting the return request form, please note that some returns will incur a restocking fee if they are not covered under warranty.
This is to cover losses that occur when a perfectly good unit is opened, used, and then returned. That unit can never be resold at full value. And you were the recipient of a discount, the loss is even greater to us, the vendor, so this fee allows us to at least cover the cost of the initial shipping. Currently, trying to sell a used unit will usually result in about 50% loss of value.
Warranty Return Request:
The unit must be damaged or proven unable to function at full capacity to qualify for removal of the restocking fee. ($15 for the smaller unit and $25 or more for the larger unit)
