Triad Aer Warranty and Guarantee


Your Triad Aer V3 (V3 only – the MINI Aer, GO and Shield all have 90 day warranties) Air Purifier is warranted to be free from all defects in material and workmanship in normal household use for a period of (1) year from date of purchase. The warranty is granted only to the original purchaser and members of his or her immediate household. The warranty is subject to the following provisions.

This warranty does not cover parts of the Air Purifier that requires replacement under normal use. This includes the purifier plate and rear filter assembly. Although the PCO cell requires periodic replacement, the cell is warranted for the same 1 year period as the purifier. Any damages or malfunctions caused by negligence, abuse, or use not in accordance with the Owner’s Manual are not covered by this warranty. Likewise, any defects or damages caused by unauthorized service or the use of other than Genuine Triad Aer parts are not covered.

Triad Aer will, at its option, repair or replace a defective Air Purifier or part(s) for the Air Purifier that is covered by this warranty. As a matter of warranty policy, Triad Aer will not refund the customer’s purchase price.

To obtain warranty service you must return the defective Air Purifier or Air Purifier parts along with proof of purchase to the Triad Aer Authorized Warranty Station. All transportation charges on parts, or units, submitted under this Warranty shall be borne by purchaser. Unless this Warranty is expressly renewed or extended by Triad Aer, any repaired or replaced part of unit shall be warranted to the original purchaser only for the length of the unexpired portion of the original warranty.

Warranty Replacement

We guarantee our products from defects and guarantee your satisfaction within the terms of the warranty described above.  For warranty replacement, the product must be returned in its original packaging with all its attachments, accessories, and a copy of the purchase receipt. The consumer must contact our office to obtain an RMA# so we may have a record for any repairs or replacement needs.   

The product should then be wrapped and/or packaged with an outer box to protect the product with the RMA#  clearly indicated on the outer box.  Please note, if the product is damaged in shipping, it would be the consumers responsibility to make any damage claims to the shipper and it voids the warranty.  

Please wrap the item securely to avoid any shipping issues. Once the unit is received by our warehouse in good condition, we will contact the consumer to confirm we have received the item and repair or replace the item as deemed by our quality control specialists. If the product shows signs of mistreatment, is damaged, or missing parts, this will void the warranty and any repairs made will be at the cost of the consumer.  If the consumer does not want to pay for the repairs, the unit will be returned “as is” at the consumers cost and no further action for warranty repair or replacement will be made.


Any warranty that may be implied in connection with your purchase or use of the Air Purifier, including any warranty of merchantability or any warranty for Fitness For A Particular Purpose is limited to the duration of this warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Your relief for the breach of this warranty is limited to the relief expressly provided above. In no event shall Triad Aer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages you may incur in connection with your purchase or use of the Air Purifier. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Please note that My Triad Aer can, at its sole discretion, require a restocking fee for each unit returned. This is charged, in most cases, in order to recoup Free Shipping costs initiated by purchasers at the time of purchase, as well as for damage done to the original packaging which cannot be replaced or renewed once the package has been opened by the recipient and changed from its original, unopened state.

Any and all legal disputes will be handled in the state of My Triad Aer, LLC origination, Washington State.
